This tracks publication of RFCs with authors from a given continent.
Location data is calculated from the first occurrence of an author.
The scale is logarithmic, normalized to 100% representing sum of the top companies, and data has been smoothed using an exponential moving average with alpha = 0.40.
The last year (2008) has been adjusted assuming the same
publication rates as has happened during first part of the year (now 84.41 % complete).
