This tracks publication of RFCs with authors from a given continent.
Location data is calculated from the first occurrence of an author.
The scale is logarithmic, and data has been smoothed using an exponential moving average with alpha = 0.40.
The last year (2008) has been adjusted assuming the same
publication rates as has happened during first part of the year (now 62.90 % complete).
