Details
This tracks publication of RFCs with authors from a given country. Country data is calculated from the first occurrence of an author.
The scale is logarithmic, normalized to 100% representing sum of the top countries, and data has been smoothed using an exponential moving average with alpha = 0.40.
The last year (2010) has been adjusted assuming the same publication rates as has happened during first part of the year (now 62.63 % complete).
